Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth is located in the heart of Vienna, only a few steps away from Vienna's best-known landmark, St. Stephen's Cathedral. I could not get enough of this hotel as everything was just so nice! The room was BIG for a solo traveler, and so was the bathroom, the tub, the space - it was like a studio apartment I could live in it! Hotel design was chic, very Victorian, and has so much history. Location - it was right smack in the middle of the city centre, so food and shopping options are aplenty. Tourist attractions were also very near the area (the Opera, St Stephen Cathedral, the Hofburg, Albertina). I asked for suggestions re dinner places (as I went on my birthday), and the staff went beyond by giving me a list to choose from! Unlike the usual practice of directing people to touristy spots, they suggested places (some, hole-in-the-wall ones) offering authentic Viennese delights. Managed to visit two of them (both were great!); the others were either packed to the brim when I tried to visit or they were closed for the day.

Right on the famous Kärntnerstraße Shopping Street, this 4-star hotel is only a 5-minute walk from Saint Stephen's Cathedral and the State Opera. Very friendly staff and superb location. Breakfast was tasty. Our late check-out wish was gladly accommodated. Located at the heart of the city, definitely would come back!

Surrounded by various sights, famous monuments, historic buildings and several shopping streets, this small, family-run guesthouse is located right in the heart of Vienna. A clean, tidy and comfortable hotel in a very central location, the staff is very nice and the breakfast is great! I will definitely go back there on my next visit to Vienna.

The luxurious Hotel Ambassador is located on the Kärntner Straße shopping street in the centre of Vienna, just 200 metres from the Stephansplatz and Karlsplatz Underground Stations. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly especially Vanessa and Sarah.

Offering inner courtyard views, Apartments Opera is an accommodation located in Vienna, 500 metres from Albertina Museum and 500 metres from House of Music. The apartment was amazing, location perfect to go anywhere in Vienna. Karlsplatz Metro station is just round the corner.
