Lovely hotel that run as family business for generations. The building is an ancient one to render an authentic Vienna atmosphere. The room was superb, cosy, a lot of space, comfy with the roomy bathroom. The bed of charming canopy and a plenty of all-sized pillows makes home-like feeling. The location is perfect as it is within walking distance of many of the sights. For the one doesn't feel like walking - there is Tram 49 is around the corner. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful, good selection of food and snacks. The owners and staff are superb very attentive to guest's needs, very helpful with local knowledge and hints.

Probably my favorite hotel in Vienna. Exceptionally well-located, not too big, well-designed. The staff is super friendly (this time I actually booked for my parents, and when the staff found out they were celebrating their wedding anniversary, they greeted them with champagne, which was a nice touch). The rooms are big and comfortable, breakfast is great. All in all, a very good hotel, will be back (many times probably:))!
