Located in downtown Toronto, Royal Oak Inn offers WiFi and a 24-hour reception. A street car stop is within 100 metres. If you're just needing a place to sleep overnight, this is the place. The inn is kind of divey and the area that it's in is kind of sketchy, but we had no problems during our stay.

Downtown Luxury Victorian Retreat is located in Toronto, 800 metres from Ryerson University. Every room at this guest house is air conditioned and is fitted with a flat-screen TV. Our host was most gracious and the room was lovely.

Situated within 2.3 km of Sugar Beach and 1 km of Ryerson University in the centre of Toronto, Elegant Downtown Home features accommodation with free WiFi and seating area. When I arrived, my host Tom welcomed me ‘home’ and that is how it felt for the 10 nights I stayed at the property. It was safe, comfortable and a haven to return to after a busy day/ night. I rarely saw my hosts but they always enquired about my day, my plans and offered help and ideas towards the end of my trip when I was tired. Extremely comfortable and beautiful property. The design of the room is well considered and modern, it has everything you could wish for. The bed was big and supremely comfortable. Loved lying in bed watching the large TV (especially as this was a solo trip with no children or pets to get me up). Well positioned USB sockets so I could charge up my gadgets overnight within easy access. My room has a small table and chairs in a window alcove which was a nice place to plan my day and have a coffee. The shower was great as were the available toiletries and ‘little extras’. The property is very quiet, some noise early mornings due to a construction site over the road but tbh, there is construction all over the city at the moment so I think it’s unavoidable. I spent a night away at Niagara and left all my belongings knowing they were in safe hands. I returned to a fresh bed, fresh towels and a refreshed room. This was extremely thoughtful. The hosts are extremely professional and although this is their home, it felt like a 5* boutique hotel with all the facilities and small touches that showed they cared about the guests having a wonderful stay. They clearly love what they do and I would love to return in the future. I would choose Toronto as a destination to stay here again. *I failed to take any significant photo the property but have included a photo of the house over the road as it made me smile everyday when I arrived home.

The location was very convenient and the studio was really well decorated and clean. It even had a kitchen with everything you need to cook. Andrew was very nice and responsive, would definitely come back and recommend!
