The house is spacious, comfortable for a family of 4 (our case: mom, dad, 2 kids), well equipped, well located, clean. It is surrounded by high well-kept green hedges that give you much appreciated privacy (no view from the outside) when you swim in the pool, sunbathe or just relax on the terrace. I highly recommend it.

Everything was amazing. The house is very cosy, a lot of handmade decorations that made the house very beautiful. One of the best villas i’ve ever visited. Nice Balconys, very spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped, bathrooms as well. Very clean, they provided the essentials as well as robes for bathroom and slippers,towels shampoos etc.. Near the pool and the sea. Everything was perfect, and the host was perfect as well. Great communication, friendly and welcoming. Totally reccomend. 5/5!! ❤️❤️❤️

Harris, the host, was very communicable and polite always willing to answer all our questions. The pool was a perfect place to relax and the house was super clean. We can't wait to come back.

Situated within the Ayia Thekla district in Ayia Napa, Leo Boutique Beachfront has air conditioning, a balcony, and sea views. The apartman is perfect, close to the airport, easy to find, also close to the beach. Perfectly clean, and Stacey was kind and easy and fast to communicate with.

Located in Ayia Napa, Villa Rosedale by Ezoria Villas provides accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. Fantastic place, spacious and spotlessly clean. The upper terrace was the most favourite spot by all of us. We could seat down, play Uno, drink some wine and look at the horizon. We were there as a family of four adults (2 pair) and two children. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully equipped with all the necessary things made this home perfecf for us. Additional plus - good wifi and Netflix Achilleas is a very nice person. He was always helpful and answered on whatsapp immediately. He was waiting for us with a bottle of wine and fruits as a welcome gift, which was really nice after our long flight. The closest beach is 3 min. walk from Villa, it’s small but nice, with sun loungers an umbrellas (2,5€ each).

Situated in Ayia Napa, a few steps from Liopetri Beach and 2.2 km from Agia Thekla Beach, Ayia Thekla Seafront Villa Dagi offers air conditioning. The view is amazing. There is a nice beach in 1 min walking distance but you need aqua shoes and it’s very shallow. The Villa is great overall and has most of the needed facilities.

Great location ! Close to everything but not on the main place . Very quiet area. Villa stuff was very responsive to every issue and question we had everything was perfect !
