This stunning 3-bedroom villa is an ideal property for families or groups of friends looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The villa is located in a private complex of Ayia Thekla, offering safe and peaceful surroundings for maximum relaxation. The villa's main living area features a living room lounge set, a large dining table for 6, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with modern appliances and all the necessary conveniences to make meal preparation a breeze. Included in the appliances are washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and electric stove. The property’s three bedrooms are located over two floors, with one double bedroom downstairs, and one double bedroom and one twin bedroom upstairs. Each room is perfectly set up to provide guests with a good night’s sleep and relaxation. Additionally, the three bathrooms of the property allow for maximum privacy of guests during the length of their stay. The villa's outdoor spaces are equally impressive, featuring a large and inviting terrace upstairs, with a table and sofa set to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beautiful sea view that the location has to offer.
