This modern and cosy 3-star superior hotel is located in the north of Leipzig near to the airport and trade fair in a peaceful yet easily accessible location. I need to tell you that this hotel really surpassed all my expectations about customer service. Firstly, when we came to breakfast almost at its end because of the stressful morning, the personnel hasn't told us that you're too late but instead allowed us to stay and offered us a coffee. Then we were allowed to stay longer to have some rest. Moreover, I forgot my headphones bag in the room and then found it but I haven't told it to the cleaning person, so he found me in the restaurant, informed me about it and asked, if it was me who took it. The hotel itself is far from the city centre but if you travel by car, it's not a problem at all. The hotel has enough parking places and a garage as well. The restaurant is really good. We enjoyed all our meals. The room was quiet. Also on the 3rd floor there is a comfortable corner with sofa and armchair where you can seat. The room was well equipped and has enough space for 2 people.

This hotel lies in the north of Leipzig offers good road access to the A14 motorway. It offers free parking and a shuttle to the airport and the Leipzig Exhibition Centre. We were a band on tour with a gap in our itinerary so needed somewhere to stay and take a breath. The whole hotel, room and the onsite parking for our van were perfect. We turned up late in the evening (after a long drive) and the desk staff were very accomodating

The apartment was modern with everything we needed. The host was very helpful and answered any questions quickly with additional information. There were shops a short walk away and easy access to the park and ride, this was very useful. Very comfortable bed and great shower.
