Boasting a garden, a terrace as well as a bar, Hotel Das Regensburg is situated in the centre of Regensburg, 600 metres from Regensburg Central Station. The breakfast was delicious. Well worth the 15 euros! Every other aspect of our stay was equally fabulous, especially the gracious staff who reached out to us as we were travelling to Regensburg to ensure we had good directions to the hotel and were as helpful throughout our brief stay.

This charming hotel is a historic building from the 12th century which is situated in the heart of the beautiful Old Town of Regensburg, close to all main UNESCO World Heritage sites. The staff at the Bohemian Hotel was amazing - from the concierge who couldn't do enough for us; to the young man who carried our bags upstairs; to the waiter at the Chin Chin bar - all were friendly and spoke perfect English (a must for us non-German speakers!) We loved the location in the old city - an easy and interesting walk from the train station. The hotel itself was so lovely and our room was beautiful, had an amazing view and the bed was so cozy and comfortable. A perfect end to our European trip!

Located in Regensburg, 300 metres from Cathedral Regensburg, Hotel Rote19 has rooms with free WiFi access. Built in 2017, the property is within a 4-minute walk of Old Stone Bridge. The hotel is pretty close to the city centre, but not far from the train station, there are plenty of nice restaurants and cafes right close to it. The interior of my room was a little kitschy, but the bed was nice and big. The room was a little small, so it might not be a perfect option for a couple. Also, my room had a weird electricity system, but the hotel employee helped me to get a handle of it and it wasn't that complicated in the end.
