The hotel had everything we needed for that type of vacation. Nice, spacious swim out room, clean, well mentioned territory, varied food. I would like to express my huge thanks to the entire staff. The service is good and attentive. Our room was very well located within the property. Food and drinks are overall ok. the internet worked well. The environment is really nice and respectful. it’s good that one can go to the family hotel too.

EMBRACE A TRUE ISLAND SPIRIT AT JEWEL PALM BEACH ALL-INCLUSIVE BEACH RESORT Enjoy a vacation on a sun-soaked beach on the east coast of the Dominican Republic. The hotel has a very prepared and friendly staff, always eager to serve, I really liked the coffee stand called by them (cocoa bean cafe), the girl Cristina was very friendly there, all the staff in general, of course I would return without thinking about it.

The resort didn't feel too busy despite staff saying it was full. There felt like there was plenty of space with various different pool areas and beach areas with different vibes. If you want music there is a pool with swim up bar or if you want quiet there is one closer to reception. There were lots of support staff including security which made it feel safe and well maintained. The adult only side of the resort buildings seemed relatively new and really well maintained.

Best resort was perfect. Traveled with my family and my daughter and husband had so many activities to do. The staff was amazing especially Black Power with entertainment, Randol making omlet, the ladies seating at World Cafe, and Jose at Hibachi. The staff are all amazing. The beach area is gorgeous and so many chair options. You seriously can't go wrong with this resort. SO MUCH FOOD! Many options for restaurants and the buffet is to he best I've ever experienced. Many options for picky kids.
