The hotel and room are beautiful, and the breakfast is an amazing added perk. The staff we attentive and gave us great recommendations. The location is perfect for walking around the Albaicin, and close to the downtown area.

Everything the location, the room, the people everything went extremely well very nice people. The location can give you the exact needed experience if you want to experience out the small alleys of Granada.. I stayed in a lovely sweet number 11 and it was a very beautiful and clean room. I also had a patio link to my room.

Beautiful Renaissance Palace located in the heart of Albaicin neighborhood in Granada. We organized a business trip, so we rented the main meeting room for the event. The staff was very helpful all time. The rooms are comfy and well equiped.

Everything perfect! Positive Aspects: A Beautiful historical building with original Al fresco paintings from XVI century in the main hall. Perfect location. Very central. Our room was beautiful clean, spacious and with a bath that made our stay even wonderful. Breakfast was plenty with a good variety of local food. It all look very fresh! But the best of all this was our concierge Aaron. What a gentleman. From the moment we’ve arrived to the last moment we left. Gave us a very warm, friendly and yet super professional welcome and he’s always ready to help. Various valued tips of the whereabouts of the city, local restaurants, places to visit and things to do. Ana also was very friendly and and yet very professional as well. She also helped with anything we needed. Both are an asset to the hotel. Last but not least, the breakfast lady (Neiva?). Another great personality in this wonderful hotel. Thank you all. We recommend it and we will be back.

The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. The location is central in Plaza Nueva. The room is comfortable and well equipped. The first day we arrived the towels were quite old but upon our request they were immediately replaced with new ones. The staff are very nice and helpful.
