Situated next to the Balcón de Europa viewing point in Nerja, the Mena Plaza hotel offers rooms with free WiFi and a pool with sea views. The rooms are decorated and have satellite TV. Love the pool . Everywhere was spotless. The rooms , pool area lovely , Tony on reception was fabulous , nothing was too much trouble he was so helpful. Lovely restaurant down stairs.

Built into the Balcón de Europa rock face, this hotel has direct access to Caletilla Beach. It features an out-door infinity swimming pool, a sauna and a restaurant with sea views. Location was perfect. Our room was in an ideal position. Staff were very friendly and helpful Breakfast options were plentiful and exceeded our expectations We booked 3 rooms and the hotel ensured all 3 rooms were on the same floor and very close to each other (without us needing to ask) Although the beach is not private for the hotel it felt that way. The beach club staff were great at setting up umbrellas and sun lounges for everyone This trip was very special as my sister is battling terminal cancer, and we wanted to spend some quality time with her and her children. I didn't mention this to the hotel, however the staff still went above and beyond and made the stay memorable. I will be forever greatful for the hotel giving us a lifetime of memories to look back on.

We liked the room for being clean, its size, the bathroom, the closet being big enough and the beds and the fact that we had a balcony. We loved the breakfast and the pool. The staff were courteous and helpful. We also liked the location and the fact that they had their own transportation to the airport.
