Excellent staff and a quite good location! The rooms are very spaceous, bright and clean. The bathrooms could use some work, but all in all it's a great hotel when travelling on a budget. The 24h reception makes travelling and exploring Nice easy.

This hotel is set in central Nice, just 50 metres from Acropolis Exhibition Centre and a 5-minute walk from the Old Town. It offers air-conditioned rooms with Wi-Fi access and an on-site bar. The room and the bathroom are very clean. The location is great. It is close to bus tram and everything. The staffs are super niceee! I love the place and will stay again if I come back to Nice.

Hotel des Dames is 100 metres from the Palais des Expositions and the Acropolis Centre. It is 300 metres from the old town and a short tram ride from the beach in Nice. Free WiFi is available. Such a quaint hotel ten minutes walk from the Nice Riquier train station and ten minute walk into the old town . A great little courtyard for resting . Breakfast great value and Pascal , the manager was fantastic at sorting anything out . Loved my little room - I felt I was in a French movie .

This place is highly recommended for the stay in Nice for 2 to 4 people.
