My favourite hotel in the Midlands... It's been the place I stayed at when I arrived and the day or two before I left Birmingham. Great staff, great rooms, fab breakfast, and an all round very comfortable stay.... I've now left UK to return home, Dubai, so my standards are high and this hotel is up there.... Thanks for some great times.

Eliza has been wonderful employee. She made my stay far away better. She’s very kind and nice and so professional. Honestly, the hotel is lucky to have such employees.

The 4-star Macdonald Burlington Hotel is located in a Victorian property in the heart of the city centre, a 30 seconds walk from New Street Station. Interesting hotel from Birmingham's heyday in the nineteenth Century. I needed to be be close to the train station for an early train and it was perfect for that. Massive very clean room, enormous bed. Lovely full English breakfast with poached eggs that was served very prompty by smiling staff.

The room was comfortable and clean with handy coffee and tea making facilities plus a hair dryer. The hotel is conveniently situated two block from New Street station. The buffet breakfast is tasty and plentiful with eggs made to order.

Well set in the centre of Birmingham, Birminghams Finest offers a balcony. Host was extremely helpful. We had accidentally booked the wrong date she want above and beyond to help, managed to rebook for the right day without extra charges. Apartment was first class and definitely would rebook again.
