The most friendly staff I have come across. We had a problem with the air-conditioning and how it was dealt with was excellent and the person who looked in brought a portable fan. The breakfast was also very good and extremely comfortable bed.

Offering a free fitness centre, Aparthotel Adagio Birmingham City Centre is located 200 metres from the Bullring Shopping Centre. Everything was perfect. The staff was incredible (special thanks to Linda!!). The room was like in the pictures, extremely clean and generally perfect for us. All is new in the Aparthotel and the location is perfect too, just two minutes from the famous Bullring mall.

Located in Birmingham, The Brolly Works provides city views and free WiFi, 500 m from Bullring Shopping Centre and 1.7 km from Birmingham Back to Backs. What a Great apartment! Very central location (literally around the corner from the Bullring), but still a peaceful place. Super hosts, all questions were addressed very fast and all directions for codes etc. were clear as day. Apartment really well equipped too! Extra plus for being pet-friendly.

Clean room, new bedding, generous selection of new utensils provided, facilities open 24hrs, super friendly staff, loved the ability to accommodate my diet and cook healthy foods in the communal kitchen. Tesco is opposite and 2 restaurants that are open very late into the night are located downstairs. Excellent connection to the rest of the city by bus. oh and the AC was strong enough to keep my room very cool despite the high summer temperatures outside. Price was great too. I particularly liked the in-house reading room which was a selling point for me.
