Opposite Inverness Castle, Best Western Palace Hotel & Spa is located on the banks of the River Ness. The front desk went out of they way to ensure a good stay. We requested a room change due to some noise as we had conference calls at odd hours with various countries. They changed our room to the best suitable room to accommodate no noise, including moving our luggage to the other room. Extremely friendly and help full staff.

The King's Highway Wetherspoon is situated in Inverness in the Highlands region, a 5-minute walk from Inverness Castle. Great location, but on a slightly busy/noisy street. We booked a Double room and was surprised by the massive bed! So comfortable and luxurious. The restaurant is great - inexpensive, delicious food. We ate here more often than going out.

Excelent location, very close to castle and to city center. Super helpful staff, they let us check in late at night) I really reccomend this place if you stay in Inverness couple nights!
