The hotel staff reached out before we arrived ensuring everything we needed was handled. When we checked in we were met with a hot wet hand towel to wipe the grim from travelling off and warm drink. The staff were great. The bed was the comfiest bed we had slept on during 40 days in Europe. The room was well laid out. The bathroom products smelled wonderful (and cleaned too!). Hot chocolate in our room in the evening was a nice touch. The location is amazing.

I also love the in-room decor using the Penguin Classics books - such a fun design choice. Hotel is off a quiet street, literal steps away from the tube station and Portobello Road. Food and drink are excellent and the staff is very attentive and friendly. Can’t wait to visit again next time I’m in London!

Everything is organized down to the smallest detail, from the impeccable cleanliness of the apartment, its amenities, to the book with useful information about the neighborhood that Clifford left for us in the living room. The rooms are very nice, the beds are extremely comfortable and the location is perfect for a trip. In the vicinity of the apartment there are many chic places, such as restaurants, pubs or cafes.
