Ideally set in the centre of Ioannina, Petrou Suites offers free WiFi throughout the property, a garden and free private parking for guests who drive. We had a tremendous time at Petrou House. It is a very nice boutique rooms, in a quite and central neighborhood, lots of nice coffe shops, restaurants and bakerys 1 minute walk. Also 2 min walk to the lake. Petrou House has all the facilites, its new and was excellent designed (furniture, lightning) by Katherine which is the host. Katherine was very sweet and ready to answer quickly any question regarding recommendations, or wifi issues, which she really cared and tried to fix.

We had an attic room which was large and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing - complete with body sprays in the shower. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and included freshly baked local specialties.

Centrally located in Ioannina, Lake Spirit is a 4-star hotel featuring an elegantly decorated bistro-restaurant with an open cuisine, a cosy bar, and a small conference room for mini events and... Great hotel with a very welcoming and kind staff! The location was about a 10-15 minute walk to the center with all the restaurants and shops, so it was located on a quiet area. The breakfast was really good and we got to choose what we wanted. I especially liked the shower - spacious, clean, good water pressure. Great hotel I would definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

With a prime location at Ioannina’s historic centre, this monastic-style hotel features rooms with fireplace and LED TV, and offers a lounge with open fireplace and a stone-paved courtyard. Everything was great!!! Great location in a historical house. Verry nice and cosy room, comfortable bed, all the amenities needed! The personel is verry friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was exceptional. We received cold water for the road at check out :) We are sorry we arrived late in the night and could not stay longer, as they have a nice SPA menu. Next time we will arrive early and enjoy spending more time here. Thank you for everything!!!
