I've booked the Studio with Park Side, and the pleasant surprise was that we've had two bathroom, which is more than useful when returning from the beach. Moreover, there were also two balconies, so plenty of room to let towels and swimming equipment dry. The parking is huge, part covered with vegetation so the cars are sheltered from direct sunlight. It is also lit at night-time. It had a cost of 1 EUR/night, but that is completely acceptable for the offered service. The beach is super close, no more than 2-3 minutes walk down the stairs. It has plenty of natural shade, no need for sun-umbrellas. Concerning the city, Porec - it's at a ~20 mins walk. The route is pleasant, scenic, usually met the sunset on the way towards. Moreover, walking back was pleasant after the evening meal. There is a mini-train for those that would rather not walk, or bicycle-taxis.
