The staff was extremely accommodating to many requests and courteous. From Ravaan at the front desk to Kunal who dropped us off at the airport, they made us feel comfortable and welcomed. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return if I’m in Pune.

NOT VERY HAPPY AS WE AS FOREIGNERS PREFER A LITTLE MORE OF ENGLISH BREAKFAST. SAME INDIAN TYPE OF BREAKFAST EVERYDAY. REQUIRE A LITTLE BIT OF VARIETIES OF FOOD
