Everything was great! The room was what we expected. It has AC, it’s been recently renovated, it’s on a small quiet street and nearby the metro station. It’s without the signs of tear and wear one often discovers when looking for a place to stay online. This is not the place where George Clooney would stay, but he probably should. Peppe (a.k.a. Giuseppe) is a very kind and courteous host. Our plane was delayed but he was waiting for us with a big, fat smile nonetheless. He gave us great tip for a late dinner at a restaurant nearby. Gave us a quick rundown of the local sites and more importantly indispensable advice on how to approach them in regards on local geography and public transport. He also doubles as a private barista for his guests in the morning - a task he takes with great pride. Such an epitome of an Italian that they should put him on the Euro banknotes 💶 in my opinion. Set 950 metres from Catacombs of Saint Gaudioso and 90 metres from Materdei Metro Station, Casa Roger offers accommodation with a garden, and a shared lounge with microwave, toaster and coffee/tea... This stay was just great: everything turned out perfect; the room, the cleanliness, the bed, the air conditioning, the bathroom... Breakfast is delicious. The owner will kindly ask you what you like best. The underground station is very near and you feel privileged in that street. If your room overlooks the garden you will appreciate the silence. Some shops and good restaurants are a few minutes walk from Casa Roger. The owner will give you useful tips. In fact both the owner and his son are very friendly. I saw that they would do their best to help in case you had a problem, and they would solve it! They are well read so you will learn a lot about their great City if you are interested. I have not often met such nice people before...

The B&B Colori e Note is located in the district of the historic center of Naples, called "Materdei", a district of the oldest and most characteristic Naples, halfway between the lower and historic... Very nice room and in great location. The hosts Gianni and Daniela were very helpful with everything! If we are in Napoli again, we will definitely stay there again.
