Hotel was centrally located within less than 10mins walk from Shinjuku Station. Check in/out was easy and convenient. We stayed in the Premier Grand 2 Queens that comes with the Club Lounge access - afternoon tea and breakfast selection was comprehensive and food tastes good). Quality finishing in the room and bathroom, view from room was amazing as well!

Spent 5 nights in a park view king room for our honeymoon in May 2023 and so happy we chose Park Hyatt Tokyo. Everything was perfect - beautiful room with all amenities including tv to which you can connect your phone for Netflix etc; staff and service excellent, we received a complimentary bottle of Ruinard champagne upon arrival which we enjoyed in the bath with view over Tokyo; on every occasion the staff remembered that we were honeymooners and tried to make our stay extra special. Also great location at Shinjuku easy to get around with taxis and metro.

Our stay was extremely plesant at Miyabi residence! The owner is so helpful and accommodating and the accommodation is tasteful, very clean and relatively close to two different stations (15-20 mins walk). It's a small space but incredibly well laid out. Will stay there again!

We wanted the facility to make our own food at the beginning of the trip, so it was perfect. There is a small kitchen (and washing machine) on the lower floor. The people running the location are very friendly and did a few things that helped us out a lot.

The level of privacy the room/apartment provided was great. The bunk beds for groups and family with privacy options. Clean facility. The kitchen utensils provided showed careful thought was put into planning. Presence of Karaoke machine. Provided some drinks and ice cream in the fridge. Staff were always willing to help. Even though there was a language barrier, you can see they dis whatever they could to understand and also communicate back to the customer.
