Conveniently located in the Prampir Makara district of Phnom Penh, Capitol One is set 1.7 km from Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, 1.7 km from Royal Palace Phnom Penh and 1.7 km from Vattanac Capital. I come at 3 am and I contacted them before, they promptly answer my question about check in out of hours and all goes smooth. Hotel is good value for money (do not except luxury for 7$ per night). Location is perfect, just above bus station so I get on bus to Siem Reap form hotel without any travel. Hotel is next to busy market so there are in 2 minutes from hotel all you need, place where you can bay sim card, supermarket, many street restaurants, I feel safe when i walk around at night.

Orussey 1 Hotel & Apartment features an outdoor rooftop swimming pool, fitness centre as well as steam and sauna room. We have stayed here a number of times on previous trips to Phnom Penh. The staff are so nice and the breakfast is varied and of very good quality. The gym, pool and bar on the roof top is excellent with amazing views and location wise it is easy to get to all the tourist spots by tuk tuk and the night food markets are only 100 metres away. We'll be staying here every time we come back to Cambodia as this hotel is consistently great.
