I think this hotel offers a great value for it's price. The room was clean and they have Russian speaking staff that helped me with questions regarding navigation around the city.

Situated at the prime location and right next to Chinggis Square and the government house, H9 Hotel Nine Ulaanbaatar offers business class accommodation to travellers. We really appreciated the instant hot water, comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, and useful mini-fridge in the room. The ensuite was a good size, with a large walk-in shower. Staff were friendly and spoke perfect English, and they were happy to store our luggage for us when we arrived early in the morning before check-in. Breakfast was varied and had something for everyone. Overall, the hotel is a fantastic base to build around for a Mongolian holiday, and is well-known by the tour operators and guides for pick-up/drop off. We stayed for a couple of nights at the start of our trip to acclimatize before our tour, and then again for two nights after the tour was over to enjoy a proper bed and facilities after 12 days of camping. Would happily stay again.

My room is facing frozen river with open city view which is very romantic and chill. Staff of hotel is all very helpful. Breakfast is simple, Korean type and with hot soap, steaming dumpling and simple tea and coffee which is all I need for the day before heading out to minus 22 degree.

Offering a restaurant, Guide Hotel is centrally located in Ulaanbaatar. It is only a 5-minute walk from Sukhbaatar Square. Free WiFi access is available in all rooms. Very good value for money, same service like several 4 star hotels neerby but for normal price. Very good location just next to main square, and verz nice stuff, definately will come back again here :).. even we couldnt have our breakfast due to leaving early for airport, thez prepared for us a verz good fresh sandwich. Very happy with choice of this hotel

Centrally located in Ulaanbaatar, Best Western Premier Tuushin Hotel is only a 2-minute stroll from State Government House and a 2-minute walk from Sukhbaatar Square. Nice location with good view. The breakfast is pretty good.

Located in the heart of Ulaanbaatar city, Puma Imperial Hotel is surrounded by National Historical Museum, Natural History Museum, Science Cultural Centre and Central Post Office. A truly great experience at this hotel. The position was central and great, the staff kind and helpful and the services provided impeccable. The room was huge and full with amenities and great wifi. The buffet breakfast was rich and offered many options.

The hotel is very nice. It is central and within a reasonable walking range of the main tourist attractions and shopping malls. It also has a very good restaurant. The people are very nice and ready to help.

Kempinski Hotel Khan Palace is a 2.2 km from the Chinggis Khan Square in the city centre. The 5-star luxurious hotel features a well-equipped fitness centre, a Spa and free WiFi in all areas. Everything about Kempinski is amazing but most importantly it’s the staff. I have stayed there a few times now and they always recognize and provide extra care and super accommodative.
