The Signature Hotel & Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur features modern studios and free WiFi. It has an outdoor pool, a 24-hour front desk and provides free private parking. Even though the location was off from the busy city but we chose this because we wanted a different experience . Loved the quiet surrounding around the hotel . It was calming and peaceful . Staffs(receptionists, housekeeping, security etc) were all nice, friendly and helpful . The 2 bedrooms suite-apartment were lovely and clean ! The kitchenette, washing machine, computer and living room's tv(connected to youtube) were useful to used throughout the stay . Upon booking the other day, i requested for a complimentary item since it was a birthday trip and they did went the extra mile and gave a slice of cake and a wish note . Thank you very much , i appreciate it alot ! 🥰 There was a gym and a rooftop pool(on the same level as the reception but at another building next to the reception) . The pool was really nice and lovely with a great view ! 😍 There were alot of food places(halal and non halal) and convenience stores, pubs etc just minutes away . The toilet smell is very bad and i could not afford to open the toilet door. I think the sewerage system is not functioning well. Please check for the guest comfort stay.
