This place is amazing. Every single person we interacted with at the hotel was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. They gladly helped us arrange laundry service, brought takeout up to our rooms, the rooms were cleaned every single day and left spotless. We are excited to come back and stay in Peru just for this hotel. My partner and I agreed this was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in all our travel experiences.

I loved my stay here! Frank and Julio were particularly amazing to help with anything you need! such wonderful concierge. They even organised a nurse to come and do a COVID test for my flight. I highly highly recommend. it’s super central in Barranco and you can walk anywhere in the neighbourhood from there.

We LOVEd the room, it was so large, high ceilings so great for sleeping without feeling hot (and Lima was VERY VERY HOT these days), nice amazingly comfortable beds, clean sheets, nice night lamps, everything perfect :) he shared bathroom were very clean and next to our room (felt like having private bathroom). Our daughter loved the "TEA SPOT" where she could have a tea anytime she wanted. And choose and make it alone :) Also the terrace with nice view of he street...another "living room style" spot to jus relax and read....btw. many itneresting books about PERU...and nice decorations...all really done with so much style (me and my husband are artists so we really appreciate beauty). And amazing breakfast...fruit salat with strawberries, blueberries, papaya, apple, grapes, bananas, pineapple...fresh OJ, nice hot chocolate, tasty toast, REAL butter (not margarine), fresh baguette, omelet, and smiles from the people serving the food. The personal is super sweet, helpful and takes such a good care of their amazing house. Thank you so much for your care. We will be back.

The Casa Fanning Hotel is situated in the Barranco district of Lima, next to Miraflores district. It offers apartments with kitchenettes. Excellent staff very helpful. Location really good to see the sights in Barranco
