The location was perfect! So convienent and quiet. The staff are charming, engaging, polite and professional. The atmosphere and vibes of the hotel were excellent. Super clean facility!!! I will be back very soon!! The rooms need dimmer switches on the lighting in the rooms. The rooms are clean and comfotable. The pictures on the website don't do the property justice. I loved that they had 2 luggage racks, one for each of us.

From the romantic canopy bed and gorgeous rooftop with string lights, a hot tub, and friendly neighborhood cats to the water fountains and live orchids and bromeliads everywhere you look. The aesthetic of Ville Herencia is a sublime blend of historic and modern from its architecture to the artwork covering every wall. The rooms had air conditioning but also the option of windows or opening the doors to the patio. The bed was extremely comfortable. The property felt very secure and was in an amazing location for sightseeing or dinning and dancing. Check in was effortless and the staff let us leave our bags while we explored the city after check out. The hardest part was leaving.
