The receptionist was really helpful and kind and managed to let me dinner in their restaurant even if it’s was closed already (special thanks to the owner too). The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help. Most of them spoke English but if not they would do everything to find someone to communicate with me. The location was flexible - large market in 5 mins walk and 2 metro stations away from the old town. The room was comfortable and the shower was amazing. I really liked their coffee and tea from breakfasts. Also, I was sick for a day and they did not let me pay for one of the tea orders in the bar. That was very sweet and made my day.
