Our family trip from Taiwan to St. Regis Hotel in Kuala Lumpur was nothing short of magical, all thanks to the incredible efforts of Joyce, Mervyn, and Butler Foo. Joyce, the Assistant Director of Rooms, orchestrated a delightful surprise arrangement that made our family feel truly special. Her attention to detail and consideration for our preferences, especially for the kids, created an atmosphere of joy and excitement. Mervyn, as one of the Front Office Officers, greeted us with genuine warmth and efficiency. His friendly demeanor and proactive approach ensured a smooth check-in process, setting a positive tone for our entire stay. Mervyn's thoughtful gestures towards our family, especially the kids, made us feel valued guests in every sense. Butler Foo's special room arrangement for the kids was nothing short of enchanting. The creative touches and playful elements he incorporated turned their space into a whimsical haven. Butler Foo's dedication to making our family's experience extraordinary was evident in every detail, and the joy he brought to the kids' faces was priceless. Joyce, Mervyn, and Butler Foo collectively made our family trip to St. Regis an unforgettable adventure. Their commitment to creating magical moments for our family, especially the little ones, left an indelible mark on our hearts. We are immensely grateful for their exceptional service and the joy they brought to our family getaway.

Hotel Grand Central is centrally located steps away from shopping, entertainment and dining options in Orchard Road, Singapore's iconic shopping destination. The hotel is located very close to 2 MRT stations and shopping malls. It made it super easy for us to get good food. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped and clean. The staff is courteous. Overall it is much better than other hotels at the same price.

Situated in Orchard’s lively commercial district, Hotel Supreme offers affordable accommodation with free parking. For what you pay for, it's really close to the city centre (Orchard Rd) and it's very convenient. The room is large but there are no "extras". This is hotel you go to to just sleep because you're out and about all day. There is no soap, so bring your own or buy it!

Enjoy warm hospitality and convenience at Concorde Singapore, with free Wi-Fi in rooms, fitness facilities and an outdoor pool. The staff are the best. Very friendly and nothing was a problem

Conveniently situated in the Orchard district of Singapore, Arena eSports @ Orchard is located 800 metres from Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station, 300 metres from 313@Somerset and 300 metres from Orchard... A budget hotel within city center. A few walks to Orchard Road. The location is at the city center. Near Mrt and the bus station, malls and food hub. The receptionist is approachable. Next time, I will visit Singapore , I will still opt to stay in this hostel/hotel.

Regency House provides modern air-conditioned suites with free WiFi, a 10-minute walk from both Dhoby Ghaut and Somerset MRT Stations. Our apartment was spacious and clean with air-conditioning in every room. The reception staff were outstanding, an especially big thanks to Vidi who helped us and gave us lots of local advice. The breakfast was well presented and tasty. The pool was always clean and refreshing. The location is fantastic, situated within minutes of two MRT stations and loads of shopping malls with supermarkets and food halls.

Lanson Place Winsland, Singapore offers spacious serviced apartments with free Wi-Fi. Location was great and close walking distance to two train stations and shops. Staff were always friendly and the place is very clean. We used the pool often and gym on a daily basis. The gym is small and when either of us wanted to use the weights area and someone was already there (really only space for one), we then used the outdoor area (door within the gym) so it was fine. Has a communal kitchen which has everything and free self service laundry which we really benefited from having stayed there for 10 nights. We highly recommend this place and would definitely go back again next time we are back in Singapore.

Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Orchard is a luxurious 5-star accommodation conveniently located next to Somerset MRT Station. There were plenty of food items for breakfast to choose from. Each day there was a different set of main dishes to try. The room was very spacious and well laid out. There were plenty of storage cabinets. The Serviced Suites are located adjacent to one of the mall’s so there are plenty of stores and restaurants near by.
