Located on a hill overlooking the city, Apart Hotel Best has an indoor pool, fitness centre, sauna and a Finnish steam bath. Very lovely quiet place. I choose it because in the pictures I could see that the rooms and the apartments are pretty big and have nice decoration. But the very touching point, staff are really nice, friendly and helpful. I believe that the manager should really proud of them.
