Sheraton Ankara Hotel & Convention Center is a remarkable example of architecture situated in the heart of the city, commanding breathtaking views of the surroundings. Especially the executive lounge was tidy, quiet and comfortable. Lobby bar is also efficient and comfortable. Lobby bar has a wide variaty of beverages and food. Both the executive lounge (Mss Ozlem) and lobby bar personnel is extremely polite and efficient. I had no issues whatsoever, all the workers helped me whatever I needed at that point. The location is one of the best in the city, absolutely perfect.

We have travelled with our 16 months daugther and the hotel did their best to make sure she had everything she needed (more space, child seat, cot, etc.) They have also helped us with booking our taxis, providing ironing board and iron, advising for restaurants and cafes. The location of the hotel is great, and so are its facilities. We have tried the spa for a massage and it did not dissappoint. Breakfast was also nice.
