Ideally situated in the centre of Istanbul, Gleam Collection Hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. The recpetion staff was impeccable. Zuhal, Mahsum and Arda were incredibly kind at breakfast. We had such a nice start every morning thanks to their pleasant service & the cookies on the house in the lobby were also an incredible plus. Loved the device at this location 👌 will definitely return

The apartment was fully equipped, clean and in a very good location .. Staff was humble and sweet .. Honestly the treatment there was 20 out of 10 .. Felt right at home .. EVerything was vey nice from the beginning to the end. All the staff the including the receptionist in the evening and morning as well as the breakfast staff were so competent, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing with all the sorts of cheese and olives and bread. They put fresh water with mint everyday as well as fruit basket. I was sceptical that it is near to a medical center but there was no noise. Even the other customers were so silent and kind. Ufuk was very kind to accompany me to the taxi which could not enter the road. Well done. Hope the Labour of all these brillant young staff are appreciated by the owner or the director.

Staff super friendly all the time and helpful At reception roomcervicw house keeping Specially Mr Emra. He went out of his way the four Days asking him where to dine excersusions anything we need we would ask and he would be extra helpful. All stuff made our stay very comfortable and pleasent. We can’t wait to come again
