The staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to improve the customers satisfaction which is something i liked. also, the two women gikdom (sorry for the name misspelling), Melissa and the other man were very kind to me! All the whole reception were respectful and had good manners. Adding the salon, they were surprisingly skillful and respectful! Also gentle with my hair. Staying in this hotel was worth it.

Line 2 Metro stop is within walking distance, and it is very convenient to ride to the older and must-see historic parts of Istanbul. Enjoy the hotel's complimentary shuttle to the nearby shopping mall, which is full of attractions and food options.
