Located on the southern tip of Kauai Island, Koloa Landing At Poipu Beach features 2 resort-style pools and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. The swimming pool was nice. It was nice that it was close to Poipu Beach. The staff were also friendly.

This beach resort has self-catering rooms, a spa and an outdoor pool with ocean views. It offers laundry facilities. Kiahuna Golf Club is a 5-minute drive away. Excellent location. Very friendly staff.

Prince Kuhio 323 features free WiFi throughout the property and views of garden in Koloa. The property is around 1.9 km from Kiahuna Beach, 28 km from Wailua Falls and 29 km from Lydgate State Park. No breakfast was offered. I liked that it was very clean, the grounds were lovely and well-maintained, and the location to the main road and beach was great.
