This Manhattan hotel is just a 4-minute walk from the famous Empire State Building. Classically furnished rooms offer WiFi and a flat-screen TV. A great hotel at a great location, right next to Fifth Av. and 2 minutes to a subway station. The room was comfortable, with two large beds (a tip: turn the heater fan to low to avoid noise). The staff was very helpful, from the janitor who helped us figure out how the shower is turned on (totally different from European ones) to the staff downstairs, who were there for us for everything: figuring out the technical laptop problem, printing, ordering transfer to JFK (btw, if you need the transfer to the airport, turn to the elderly guy who is always down there and you get a big black luxurious SUV for the price of a cab). And the value for money for a Manhattan hotel - more than great! P.S. Try the Basque Burnt Cheesecake in the hotel's Grace Street Cafe - delicious!
