Because of the location it could be really loud, but there’s double glazed windows so the room was lovely & quiet. :)

The service was excellent, check in/out process were fast, we could rent the transportation from/to Airport by the hotel. Location was superb..walkable to the night market and beer street. Located down a side alley right in the heart of the old quarter. Included breakfast is delicious. Mainly though, the staff really make the hotel. They are very outgoing and lovely people. Tracy in particular went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and helped us plan our trip in Vietnam. Highly recommend the cosy inn!
