Phuong at the front desk and thuong in the kitchen are absolutely wonderful and such an asset to this hotel. Phoung ordered a masseuse to come to the villa as I'd hurt my back she also took all my food orders to my room so I didn't have to walk.The rooms were immaculately clean and serviced daily. The breakfast is simple but tasty and they also offer a small menu of snacks which you can order throughout the day. It took about 5 minutes on a scooter to get into ancient town and about $2 if ordering grab. It is in lovely gardens next to the river with lovely ducks. I highly recommend this place if looking for a super cheap but super beautiful stay in Hoi an.

We had an unforgettable time at Zen Retreat Hoi An. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the extremely friendly host Thoi, who immediately made us feel at home. The resort, located about 5 kilometers outside the center of Hoi An, offers a haven of tranquility amidst the beautiful countryside. The serene surroundings were truly fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed the refreshing pool and the charming garden decor. One of the major highlights was the complimentary use of bicycles, providing us the opportunity to explore the breathtaking surroundings. Additionally, they also rent scooters, making it easy to discover the area. In summary, Zen Retreat Hoi An is highly recommended. We plan to return here for sure and relish once again in the peace, hospitality, and beautiful ambiance. A place we will fondly remember.
