Really close to Unitas Hospital and straight-forward road. Close to a host of restaurants and shops. The room itself was extremely clean, neat, tastefully finished and furnished.

Their colour-codes keys to ensure you don't struggle to know which key opens which door. 3. Privacy, you'd hardly even notice that you are in the same yard with the hosts. 4. Safety, they have state of the art security in place, I slept well knowing my car is safe. 5. Location, very close to Lyttelton Shopping Centre and my place of work during my stay. 6. The bathroom had both shower and bathtub 7. Wi-Fi connection is very good 8. No loadshedding I loved the place so much, I had to extend my stay with 4 nights

Location was excellent quiet and peaceful neighbourhood within walking distance to the private hospital. my accommodation @ the front of house and private outdoor patio was nice. Lanie English breakfast was cook to perfection and cook to your order. well done Lanie. The best part of my stay were the staff-Lanie, marina & Jenifer they made feel so welcome, that it Felt l like i was coming home to my own family. nothing was to big or to small for them to do for you, they are to be respected and rewarded as Rozendal guest House would be the same with out them.
