The staff were very friendly and very helpful. To arrange something for the guests was never an issue. Making restaurant reservation or suggestions. The staff are the jewels to this place and location is perfect too. We had many laughs.

The team running the hotel is beyond fantastic - special mention to Dean who has truly made our stay special with his impeccable service, positive attitude & attention to detail (we got our own private dinner on the balcony!). Hermanus Backpackers & Budget Accommodation offers accommodation close to the centre in Hermanus. It has an outdoor pool, TV lounge and billiard table. Nice privat room with the biggest bathroom we have ever seen. Nice paintings everywhere and cool athmosphere. We would definitly come back.

The room had beautiful views of the sea. It is within walking distance of nice restaurants. The place is both modern and welcoming. The staff is amazing and the hosts made us feel like family. Breakfast was delicious and we were able to eat it outside while the waves crashed against the rocks nearby.
