Very kind, helpful staff. A little bit of a maze to explore the place, but the room was everything that's needed, though some might find the private room to be cramped for a family. (I was with two under 5, probably less keen for big kids/adolescents and their parents.)

We stayed over the Christmas holidays. We had the one bedroom kitchen suite. Great for our family of four. Solid, functional kitchen. Comfortable beds, good bathroom, nice water pressure. Good location. Outdoor hot tubs were terrific.

Location is great, can see the elk very often on the fields behind the train station. They allow pets The hot tub was great (other than the family with a group of kids splashing about in the hot tub rather than pool - but kids will be kids)

Jasper Lodge is ideal for families and had we known this, we probably would have extended our stay. We stayed in a cabin on the property overlooking the lake and it really accommodated our family of 4 well. The kids loved the outdoor pool and had so much fun. My husband even got a haircut while there! We stayed at all 3 Fairmont Hotels in the Rockies and surprisingly liked Jasper the best. The other lodges are magnificent, but for our family (kids aged 11 and 15) Jasper was perfect.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights. The beds are comfortable and the view is breathtaking. The Cabin could of been cleaner and the housekeeping wasn't to be seen. The up keep of a longer stay should of been applied with a cleaning staff for light duties. Vacuum-light clean- ext The gaming room was totally fun for the cold snap we had at -45 it kept everyone busy for are last family night there. My kids loved the free Hot beverage Machine “hot cocoa” They loved a ping pong table and pool table Shuffle board ext!!!!

Staying in the cabins at this location was an excellent idea, and our family had such a special time. The cabins are set up perfectly to take a young child and have a fun experience in the world class Miette Hot Springs. It's also such a short drive to Maligne Canyon and Jasper, the whole weekend went perfect.

I BOOKED WITH A BABY AND TODDLER AND WE WERE PROVIDED A ROOM ON THE SECOND LEVEL AND YES RIGHT BESIDE EACH OTHER BUT I ASKED FOR JOINING ROOMS SO THIS MADE IT A PAIN TO HAVE TO GO IN AND OUT IN THE COLD WEATHER AND BRING ALL THE GEAR UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS, THEY SHOULD LOOK TO SEE WHO IS WITH YOU AND PROVIDE ROOMS ACCORDINALY, I ASKED FOR THE ROOMS TO HAVE A DOOR BETWEEN THEM FOR EASIER ACESS FOR BOTH OF US. THE POOL IS INDOORS BUT YOU HAVE TO GO OUT IN THE COLD TO GET TO IT, KEY LOCK DID NOT WORK AND HAVING YOUNG CHILDREN NOT A GOOD SET UP.
