Comfortable stay right on one of the parade streets for Las Fallas. Nice to have sofa area and kitchenette, although we only used the kettle and mocha. Need your own tea bags and coffee grounds. Amazing shower with great water pressure!!! Washing machine worked well, but we had to ask for drying rack. Comfy bed and good lighting in renovated room.

Good price, very clean, the sheets and the room smelled nice, cleaning room service every morning, the beds are comfortable, the host is meticulous and very attentive, the breakfast was tasty. They even prepared a package with food the morning we left and gave us a map and recommandations when we arrived. 10-15 min walk to almost every attraction. Close subway and bus stations. Perfect hotel for a few days stay. You can feel that the host does this with sense of responsability and care.

Great place on a side street, 1.5 blocks from a metro in Lavapies, a very cool area with great access to major attractions. Wonderful staff -- everyone so friendly and helpful. Room is modern, minimal, quiet, spotless. Has a little refrigerator. No breakfast included, but has a nice kitchen, frig, Illy coffeemaker, tea and snacks. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
