Great hotel, lovely, helpful and friendly staff, especially at the leisure desk. Relaxed atmosphere, child friendly, safe for kids to play. Lots going on in and around the hotel. Have been here multiple times, will be back again soon. Good to see more staff being trained up...so other visitors be kind to them, they are really trying hard.

Loved our room. 2 rooms in 1. Which was great for a snoring toddler in the travel cot. Very clean and finally somewhere that does family AFFORDABLE accommodation. We went for a swim in the morning and staff were wonderful, lovely pool too. Dinner was a buffet style and it was amazing, great for kids and was very tasty for the adults too. Again, couldn't fault staff.

The bed linen and towels were clean. The bathroom surfaces were clean. (Not the floor). Staff were friendly and polite. With a young family we booked early breakfast so had a good choice but the queues an hour later would have been unacceptable for small children (and other guests). The Fun House was closed for training when we were there. We booked a slot for the pool and the staff showed us to the family change room which was useful.
