Second time we’ve visited and it was just as lovely as the first time. Clean, friendly, great location, very fair pricing and breakfast included is a winner! My kids really like the atmosphere at this hotel and it’s become our first choice for when we’re visiting family up north.

The staff were fantastic. We booked for 5 nights but had a family emergency. The staff assured us that they would return 3 days of our money, and we moved on and trusted them. They didn't have to pay as it was non refundable. Later that day, we had a message from booking.com saying that the hotel upheld what they promised and paid the money back to us. Too quality service!

For a family room the size of the room was perfect, we all had space so we weren’t on top of each other! The rooms are decorated to a high standard, and are extremely comfortable. The staff where extremely helpful and very polite and were always on hand if needed, my children enjoyed having their own single beds to sleep in instead of having to share. The bathroom is stunning with a very large walk in shower!

We loved The Willow, it has a lovely atmosphere, it feels friendly and relaxing. It is disability friendly with slopes at all entrances. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our grandchildren loved the children’s outdoor play area which had lots of seating for the adults. The hotel was lovely and looks to have undergone a recent refurb. The bathroom was also very clean and functional.

Close to reservoirs and also the motorway. My son described it as "cut and paste of any Travel Lodge". The staff were very pleasant, although I was told to "step away from the coffee machine" when I accidentally set its steam cleaning function off. The final result was predictable: Blackburn 1 - QPR 3.

Good quality breakfast, with a range of children's options. Between us as a family, we enjoyed the traditional cooked breakfast and pancakes with bacon.
