Good location. Lovely views. Suited our family needs as we had 5 quite young children and 7 adults in our party. Downstairs quite spacious so children had somewhere to play. We used 2 of the properties but then did self catering in just one. Used 3 bedroom one as it happened as a little more cooking equipment there.

It was big enough for a family of 4, quiet, clean, warm. We liked it very much. parking spot was a bonus considering the 2 hour rules on the street. Easy walking distance to a fun park for the kids to run around and lots of coffee shops and restaurants. We really liked it.

Great location, close to restaurants and shops. Clean room, good facilities of the hotel. Went to the pool at the gym, they weren’t very “child friendly” (said they wanted us “in the car park by 3.45” which was the end of the session but was nice for the kids to have a swim after a long drive. Breakfast was good quality.

Chose this hotels as it was the first time travelling to see family with our puppy. Hotel was puppy friendly, kid friendly (good WiFi) and parent friendly (good price booked 5 months in advance). Staff were polite, professional and industrious (especially the breakfast crew). Given Premier Inns don’t take the puppy, it’s gonna be HIExpress for us after the great experience.
