Staff were welcoming and able to accommodate a change to dinner reservations. Room was spacious enough for family with 2 teenagers and a dog. Hotel room looked as if it had recently been redecorated and our bathroom felt fresh. Food in restaurant was good value and ample servings. Same for breakfast. Very dog friendly. Staff went out of their way to be friendly and chat. Kids enjoyed pool table and darts in bar area. Great location.

Lovely, clean and well fitted chalet complete with everything you need. The chalet park is nice and quiet at night and only a short walk to a play area and the beach. My kids loved every second and lots of memories made. It was a fantastic, traditional seaside holiday and we hope to return again for another family holiday.

Nice location about a 15 minute walk into Cromer. Friendly, helpful owners. Plenty of parking available. My toddler loved the kids books and the dinosaur bedding in the kids room and the owner kindly provided a cot and a highchair. Felt very homely with nice touches like teabags and cookies plus olive oil, washing up liquid etc. Thanks for having us Shrimpy!

The railway station nearby made everywhere east along to the coast to Norwich easily accessible. The swimming pool was a bonus. The room was a family room (due to it not being booked by a family); it was very lovely and big with a separate children's bedroom ( with own TV!) so it felt like an apartment. There were lovely view from the window in the tower corner. We didn't use the breakfast option.

We stayed last year and the host has made lots of improvements including replacing the bed in the main bedroom which was much better. We love that it has everything we need to travel with children including a washing machine. We will definitely be back.
