Absolutely lovely property right in the heart of Onchan. We especially appreciated that the hosts left us a few provisions as our flight was delayed and we got in rather late. We also loved the little nature preserve located behind the property.

Excellent room very clean and a good size, the owner went out of her way to let me take the room at 8 am rather than the 2pm after the ferry arrived earlier than expected. Lovely family hotel, ive booked again for the TT in June I was that impressed.

After checking in and then seeing the room we had booked which was a Business Class (BC) orientated style of room, we had to negotiate to get a more family friendly type room and most importantly, one with at least a view, preferably of the sea. The young lady on reception was most helpful, she showed us around a few other options and so once this aspect was swiftly concluded with Management approval, our experience inside this Hotel improved immensely.

Met by the host who handed over the keys, explained the parking arrangements and told us of the local shops and restaurant. The apartment had every thing in the kitchen that a family could need. The presence of a PS4, whilst not used during our stay, could prove invaluable for children on a wet day!

The apartment was ideal for a family of four, the bedroom was very comfortable and we had sofa beds in the lounge for the children. Kitchenette was well stocked and location quiet at night. Handy having bar and restaurant downstairs.

Great location for travelling around the island. The family room was really spacious, 2 separate bedrooms, so great with teenagers. The staff in the hotel, restaurant and pub adjoining were all really helpful and friendly. The hotel is a little outdated and looks tired but is very clean. Luggage room to leave bags in on check in/check out days was helpful. Mini fridge in room with complimentary water in. Bonzai restaurant was really nice. Lovely views of the bay from the front

We aren’t golfers but we wanted somewhere family friendly with a pool as we had our grandson with us . The hotel is spacious and caters for lots of age groups. The restaurant is lovely and all the staff were friendly and really made a fuss of our grandson. The room was very clean with nice white bedding and lots of towels . Tea and coffee facilities with biscuits and water in the fridge.

Very clean and good value. The hosts and staff are absolutely fantastic. The family room is on the small side but functional. I would think that with small kids it is fine but for bigger ones , separate rooms are a must. The breakfast was nice but could offer more options for the English breakfast, also the sausages should be local.
