Great communication in the lead up to our stay. A lovely property with great access to local services. We used it as a base while visiting for a family wedding. Some lovely little thoughtful extras from the owners made it more special, especially for the children. What a view to wake up to in a morning!

We liked everything! Lyn and Liam were amazing hosts; nothing was too much trouble. Friendly, funny and thoughtful. Breakfast was delicious, the extra care of putting some strawberries aside for me as I'm a fuss pot was so lovely! The room was spacious and the bed was so big and comfortable. If we are ever up North again we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Couldn't recommend the place higher! Like staying with family friends. Thank you for a relaxing, lovely stay. Mandy + Tim xx
