Slight confusion with the booking, the children were missed off. The staff were amazing at sorting the discrepancy out and were warm and welcoming. The staff were super friendly, great food and the rooms were perfect for us and the kids.

The house was spotless, beautifully presented, and smelled gorgeous! It had everything that we needed for two families with teenage kids. All the rooms were a great size and lovely to have a separate TV/games room. The beds were super comfy. I can imagine it is wonderful in the summer with the outdoor seating area. All in all, a great stay.

The house is in a fantastic location right in the centre of Holt. The house is set over 3 floors. We were 2 families of 4. So 2 twin bedrooms on the top floor for the children and 2 double bedrooms on the 2bd floor for adults. Both double rooms had en suites and there was a shared bathroom on the top floor and a toilet on the ground floor. Dining area which seated 8 of us comfortably around the table, decent sized lounge for us all.

The house is modern and well presented, with a good amount of space for a family or a break away with friends - can park two car comfortably. Best part is that the house is literally a minutes walk from the picturesque town centre. Wi-Fi and Netflix was available for the children.
