They have both been through a trying period of their lives yet their concern for our comfort and enjoyment of the property and facilities were without fault. We can recommend to anyone considering staying at Score Valley Country House to book without hesitation. The property is located in a picture perfect valley and has more than enough parking to accommodate guests.

Our family room was very comfortable for the 3 of us but think with 4 would have been a bit cosy. (teenagers and adults). Aldi or Lidl located across the way for snacks and the breakfast was great. Staff efficient. managed to park our car out front.

Small outside seating area overlooking the bay Public car parks close by and free overnight from 8pm to 8am so overnight stay in hotel car parking cost about £5 outside these hours. There is a very nice small sandy beach just outside the hotel which was used by families with small children as the water was quite shallow.

The bathroom and kitchen were brand new with everything we needed. The host even ran to another hotel to get me a safety pin for my wardrobe malfunction so I could get to the wedding on time and secure!! Although workers everywhere when we arrived, bed frames, mattresses, rubbish and paint pots outside our apartment for the entire four days we were there, would have been a little dangerous for children. They just need to sort out the construction work to accommodate a more family friendly park.
