The staff were amazing, nothing seemed too much for them. Our room was perfect for our family of 5, we have 3 very young children aged 3, 2 and 11 weeks old so the family room suited our needs. Location from Paultons Park was only 10 minutes away and easy to get too.

Amazing location, really peaceful and with great views across the field. A lovely spacious cottage with everything we needed. Loved the thoughtful touches like the welcome box of treats and the well put together info pack. Great for children with space to play outside and children's plates/ bowls provided. Having a full size cot makes the cottages ideal for families with infants.

Double bed and sheets were very comfortable. Quiet secluded and quaint hotel. Games room for families was sweet with board games and a tv and coach and tables and chairs, a quiet lounge, bar, restaurant. Very friendly helpful staff. The swimming was great and kids enjoyed it. There was gluten free options available at breakfast. Although we didn’t bring a dog, it seems well equipped with a sweet little dog station in the lobby.

The staff are very accommodating. They cannot do enough for you. We have stayed here 3 years running now at the same time for the new forest fairy festival. We are a big family with 3 little girls and a baby. We are not easy. But the staff make us feel at home and cannot do enough to make us feel comfortable.
