Great warm welcome, excellent breakfast, bar and diner, superb location in Otterburn with private grounds (with pond) and homing a badger family was a big bonus. The fact that they work together with the wildlife protection makes it a dream place to stay. Other then that we also loved the wallpaper (birds) in our room.

Very nice decoration, Staff was super friendly, breakfast was delicious, I ate at the restaurant and the food was great. On one morning breakfast one staff member told me my boots were gorgeous and it totally made my day!! I loved the little robot that delivers the food, it is super cute.

The room, the en-suite and the furniture was great. The bed large and very comfortable. Many pillows provided. The TV was very good (but didn't use it much). The en-suite was excellent and there were both a shower and a bath tub. I used both, and was very pleased also with the variety of towels and soaps provided. The breakfast was fantastic. A very large selection of food and drinks to choose from, and all of a very high quality!
