Beautiful caravan, so clean and comfortable. Owner was amazing, when we had a couple issues with the caravan we contacted Brian and within the hour the issues were fixed. Amazing service! Brian was available to answer any questions. Site itself is very clean. On site shop, restaurants, pool and entertainment. Caravan is in a nice quiet spot but just a couple minutes to the complex. Caravan had everything we needed. Car space right at the door too compared to some of the other caravans on site. Nice decking to sit on outside and fenced in which is great with kids. Kids did not want to leave!

It was very nice of the owner to provide welcome dring and breakfast. Despite the fact the caravan is in the Holiday park, it was very quiet and we slept well. Very good communication with the property owner.

Very clean and good provision of linen and towels etc. cutlery and crockery also second to none! Huge fully stocked supply in the fridge to welcome us and champagne as an extra surprise in the master bedroom.

We stayed for a week in July and the accommodation was first class. Very quiet area and a short walk from the main facilities on the site and next to the 9-hole golf course. The caravan had everything we needed including a large TV, dishwasher and washing machine, therefore like a home from home. We chose to buy the optional Haven play-pass which gave us access to the pool and entertainment. We also found the prices for the bar very reasonable and the food on the menu was varied and good if you don't want to cook. Venturing out is easy if you want to leave your car on-site as there is a regular bus from the site (every 20mins or so) all the way to Edinburgh, which is very reasonable and easy. If your a golfer then pack your clubs as there are many quality golf clubs in the area.. Looking forward to visiting again..

Great location, quiet area of the park but access to all amenities 5 min away ( through a path behind the caravans) Dvd and games/toys are a lovely addition. Great communication with host. Driving into Edinburgh centre took 30min max in the car but we did take the bus one day which took just over and hour. Around £2 single trip for adult and £1 child but family day pass can be bought.

It was also clean and had a lot of windows and natural light. No problem finding parking right in front of the building. The park was close by with shops just a short drive away. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable. The kitchen sink clogged up and the issue was fixed very rapidly.

Nice little play parks dotted around the site and the beach was good so didn’t use the haven ‘play pass’ facilities. There a great splash pool at Dunbar and only £12 for the whole family. Donna had left a lovely welcome package and had thought about our families needs, leaving a high chair, kids books and toys and a bed rail. Fab holiday.
